Delivery Policies

Auraa uses third-party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. Auraa is not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team.

For all delivery within New York, Auraa bears the costs of shipping services. However, international shipping charges are requested to be paid by the client.

For 'Cash on Delivery' services, Auraa bears part of the cost as charged by the courier services. However, the remaining part of the amount is requested to be paid by the client. Therefore, when placing the order in case a client opts for COD facility, there will be an addition of COD charge to the total order value.

UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

Auraa will dispatch the outfits as promised to the client upon receipt of full payment. If the client wants to collect the outfit from Auraa store, the outfit will remain with Auraa store until the said delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned back to us or has not been picked by the client, Auraa will re-connect with the client to re-attempt the delivery. In the event that we are unable to contact the client, we will hold the outfit with us for a period of 6 months. In case of no communication/response from the client over this 6-month period, Auraa will forfeit the amount paid on the outfit and the outfit will be discarded.

DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONS

1. Each sale is applicable on select products and may not be applicable on all products on the Site.
2. Discounts available on the Site may not be applicable to products available in-store. For products available in-store, sales staff shall advise.
3. There will be no exchange or return of products on sale or discount.
4. Discounts differ on individual products and will be considered for final invoicing irrespective of material used for promotional purposes.
5. We are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price.
6. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
7. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked down/marked up.
8. Specific sale offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount, or coupon code.
9. In case your order consists of products on sale or discounts and full-priced merchandise, your coupon or discount code will only be applied to the specified product.
10. Discount will not apply on custom-tailored and early delivery orders.
11. Any discount changes during or after the sale will not apply to future or previous purchases.
12. No alterations on sale pieces.
13. Dispatches are initiated once the full payment is completed.
14. Any alterations requested by the customer are at the discretion of the Auraa team to undertake.
15. Any offers, promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers cannot be clubbed with EOSS, unless specified by Auraa.
16. Brand Auraa reserves the right to modify or terminate the EOSS at its sole discretion.
17. The terms and conditions are governed by the Laws of New York, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New York.
18. Order once placed cannot be cancelled/exchanged. Any accepted cancellation will be exclusively at the discretion of Auraa. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account.
19. Please note: An amount of 1.9% will be charged from the total amount in case of domestic transfer and 2.9% in international transfers to the respective payment gateway.
20. An end user may cancel an order only if an incorrect product is delivered. However, Team Auraa offers replacement/exchange of the correct style ordered at the difference of the price, if applicable.
